Brothers in Wheels (a 911 glorious day)
NeunElf took a group of NeunElfers for a stroll in their different Porsche 911s to enjoy the opportunity to compare the performance, handling and comfort evolution of different 911 iterations. A black 1989 911 Turbo (930), a slate grey 1990 911 Carrera 4 (964), a dunkel olive green 2007 911 Carrera S Cabrio (997.1), an agate grey 2015 911 Carrera 4S (991.1) and a black 2016 911 GT3 Touring (991) showed the evolution of the iconic Porsche 911, much to the pleasure of their drivers.
From the raw power of the 930 Turbo to the sharp driving of the 911 GT3, from the elegance of the first all-wheel-drive made by Porsche, the 964 Carrera 4, to the perfection of one of the latest, the 991 Carrera 4S, together with the special pleasure of driving a manual 997 Carrera S equipped with the X-51 factory option (Power Kit) delivering some extra 35 HP over the standard 350 HP in cabriolet fashion, all participants had a go at the different models. A fantastic drive through the mountains surrounding Madrid, a glorious day to be remembered.
